      No matter where you are, you can use the copy, print, scan and fax capabilities of the MP 6054 Black and White Laser Multifunction Printer (MFP) directly from your mobile device with the RICOH Smart Device Connector app. Or, print directly to the MFP when you integrate with printer with Ricoh's optional HotSpot Enterprise.
    • Scramble data to keep it confidential
      When you want to keep certain information "for your eyes only," you can do it with easy-to-use security features:
      • Scramble data using PDF encryption.
      • Enter a pass code or swipe an authorized ID card to release documents stored on the MFP.
      • Add watermarks and mask copy when unauthorized users try to copy documents.
    • Make information as mobile as you are
      You can collaborate efficiently when you can choose how to share information. The MP 6054 prints up to 60 black-and-white pages per minute and more:
